Where Can I View My Double Points?
By Phone: Call HAS Advantage at 1-866-6-ISRAEL and ask a representative for your point summary.
Online: Log-in to your US Bank online account at www.usbank.com. Inside the "Rewards Center" you will find an "Account Summary" page with a list of all points you have earned, including a line for "Bonus Points (Double)".Log-in to your US Bank online account at www.usbank.com. Inside the "Rewards Center" you will find an "Account Summary" page with a list of all points you have earned, including a line for "Bonus Points (Double)".
By Mail: Every quarter, US Bank mails you a rewards statement detailing how many points you have earned from regular purchases, double-point purchases, and any other bonus-point promotions. Note:Double Points are not listed on monthly credit-card-account statements.

Where Can I View My Double Points?
To see a detailed list of all points earned by transaction, click on "Point History" in the left-hand toolbar of your online rewards account. Double Points earnings are listed by date and amount of the purchase; merchant names are not included at this time.
All points are rounded to the nearest whole number. For example, a purchase of $50.50 will earn 51 points and a purchase of $50.49 will earn 50 points.
Is There a Limit to How Many Double Points I Can Earn Per Year?
There is no limit to the total number of Double Points you can earn. However, the Double Point accumulation in the supermarket category is restricted to up to 25% of your monthly purchases.
For example: On $2,500 of monthly purchases, Double Point earnings from merchants in the supermarket category cannot exceed 625 Double Points which would bring your total monthly points earned to a total of 3,125 points. All other Double Point categories are unlimited. The more you spend a month, the more Double Points you can qualify to earn at participating Double Point supermarkets.
When Do I Receive My Double Points?
Double Point earnings are posted online monthly. Once posted, Double Points are listed per transaction. Depending on the merchant’s card-processing system, there may be a discrepancy of a few days between your actual purchase date and the date listed online for your transaction.
How Do I Find the Most Up-to-Date List of Participating Double Points Merchants?
It’s important that you frequent the HAS Double Points webpage from time to time in order to view which new merchants have joined the program and which merchants no longer participate in the program. The HAS website will always be the most up-to-date location to confirm merchant participation.
What if I'm Missing Double Points?
If you find point discrepancies in your account, call 1-866-6-ISRAEL and a HAS Advantage representative will be happy to assist you. For quicker service, please have your monthly statement available when you call or access to your online account at www.usbank.com.

The terms above pertain to all HAS Advantage Double Points. In addition, U.S. Bank cannot control how merchants choose to classify their business and reserves the right to determine which purchases qualify for your 4 extra double points categories.
NOTICE: HAS reserves the right to update the terms and conditions of its Double Points program without prior notice. HAS does not determine when merchants post purchases. Merchants may leave the Double Points program without prior notice to cardholders at which point cardholders will cease to earn Double Points at that merchant. Double Points earned at participating merchants are in addition to earning 1 base point for each $1 of net purchases. Double Points are on net purchases only. Double points are also subject to the terms and conditions of earned HAS points which can be found in your cardmember service agreement. Please contact merchants directly to learn about their Kashruth status. HAS Advantage is not responsible for the Kashruth status of any Double Point Merchant.
