Dear Former HAS Advantage Cardholders,
Several weeks ago, I sent an email updating you that HAS filed a $20.8MM lawsuit against EL AL for breaching multiple agreements. Unfortunately, the breaching of these agreements led HAS to close its doors in April 2014. Since then, US Bank has issued all former HAS Advantage cardholders a new credit card with a US Bank Rewards Program. In response to my update, I received dozens of heartfelt responses from former cardholders. I was truly touched by everyone's best wishes. More importantly, I was touched by how many of you said that you will miss HAS, our customer service, donating to charity, Double Points and the overall great feeling you had when using your HAS Advantage Card. HAS has been my life for the past 13 years and your warm wishes mean a lot. |

In addition, many cardholders had questions with regard to the current program. To answer these questions, we have set up a Frequently Asked Questions page on our website. We hope these FAQs will answer the majority of your questions. Below is a sample of some of the questions we answer on the FAQ Page.
